By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  1. General
    1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
    1.2 By using this site, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.
     

  2. Product Information
    2.1 We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, and availability information are accurate. However, errors may occur.
    2.2 All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
    2.3 Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time without prior notice.
    2.4 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that personal devices display of any color will be accurate.
     

  3. Orders and Payment
    3.1 By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms and conditions.
    3.2 All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
    3.3 We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
    3.4 Payment must be made at the time of ordering. Accepted ways of payment are listed on the website.
    3.5 If your payment is declined, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
     

  4. Shipping
    4.1 We only ship within South Africa using Courier Guy, Aramex or other third-party courier services.
    4.2 Orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days after receiving payment.
    4.3 Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
    4.4 We are not responsible for any delays caused by any third-party couriers.
     

  5. Returns and Refunds
    5.1 Refund requests must be emailed to sales@easylivinglabs.com within 24 hours of delivery, including pictures of the item and the reason for the refund request.
      5.1.1 Refund eligibility will be determined upon received afore mentioned information.
    5.2 If a package is not delivered within 30 days, an automatic refund will be issued. Return requests for unworn items must be emailed within 3 days of delivery.   
       5.2.1 If deemed returnable, the customer must send the package to the issued     shipping address and cover the shipping costs.
       5.2.2 Include the waybill number in the original email thread.
    5.3 Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
    5.4 We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return criteria.
     

  6. Intellectual Property
    6.1 All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Easy Living Labs or its content suppliers and protected by South African and international copyright laws.
    6.2 You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the site without express written permission from us.
     

  7. Governing Law
    7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
    7.2 Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
