General
1.1 These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Price Drop Perfumes website and all purchases made through it.
1.2 By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must refrain from using this website.
Product Information
2.1 We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing and availability are accurate. However, errors or omissions may occasionally occur.
2.2 All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
2.4 Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. While every effort is made to display colours accurately, actual colours may vary depending on your device or monitor settings.
2.5 Price Drop Perfumes sources products through reputable suppliers. On occasion, certain genuine products may be supplied through legitimate parallel import channels rather than the official South African distributor. These products are authentic, lawfully imported, and are not counterfeit, imitation or replica goods. Packaging, labelling, language, importer information, country of origin, batch markings or presentation may differ from products supplied through the official South African distribution network. Such differences do not affect the authenticity or intended use of the product.
Orders & Payment
3.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms of Service.
3.2 All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.
3.3 Price Drop Perfumes reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at its sole discretion.
3.4 Full payment is required before an order will be processed.
3.5 If payment is declined or reversed, we shall not be responsible for any resulting delays or non-delivery.
Shipping
4.1 We currently deliver within South Africa only.
4.2 Orders are dispatched using trusted third-party courier services, including but not limited to The Courier Guy and Aramex.
4.3 Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days after payment has been received.
4.4 Where available, customers may select Next-Day Delivery during checkout for an additional fee. Next-Day Delivery prioritizes the processing and dispatch of your order with the aim of achieving next business day delivery to major South African centers. While we make every reasonable effort to meet these delivery timeframes, next business day delivery is not guaranteed and remains subject to payment clearance, order verification, stock availability, the destination address, courier operating schedules, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The Next-Day Delivery fee covers priority handling and expedited courier service and is non-refundable solely due to courier delays outside of our control.
4.5 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence once an order has been dispatched.
4.6 We shall not be liable for delays caused by courier companies, adverse weather conditions, strikes, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returns & Refunds
5.1 Refund or return requests must be submitted by email within 24 hours of delivery and must include:
- Your order number;
- A detailed description of the issue;
- Clear photographs of the product received.
5.2 Each request will be assessed individually before approval.
5.3 For hygiene, health and product integrity reasons, fragrances and other sealed personal care products must be returned unopened, unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Products that have been opened, sprayed, used, tampered with, or had their original seal removed are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless required under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
5.4 Variations in packaging, labelling, language, importer details, country of origin or presentation resulting from genuine parallel imports shall not, on their own, constitute grounds for a return, refund, exchange or any claim that a product is counterfeit or not authentic.
5.5 If an approved return is authorized, customers will be provided with return instructions. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us in writing, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
5.6 Where a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier and cannot be delivered within 30 calendar days, a replacement or refund will be provided.
5.7 Price Drop Perfumes reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this Returns Policy.
Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, website design and software, remains the property of Price Drop Perfumes or its licensors and is protected under applicable South African and international intellectual property laws.
6.2 No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished or exploited without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Price Drop Perfumes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.
7.2 Nothing contained in these Terms excludes or limits any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable South African legislation.
Governing Law
8.1 These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
8.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
