Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility
   1.1 Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened, and undamaged items.
   1.2 Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
    

2. Process
   2.1 Email sales@easylivinglabs.com with your return request, including the reason and pictures of the item.
   2.2 Our department will review your request and determine if the item is eligible for return.
   2.3 If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
    

3. Refunds
   3.1 Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery, including pictures of the item and the reason.
   3.2 If a package is not delivered within 30 days, an automatic refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
