1. Where do you deliver?

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa, bringing your favourite fragrances straight to your door.

2. How long does delivery take?

Standard orders are typically processed and delivered within 3-5 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Customers who select Next-Day Delivery at checkout may receive their order as soon as the next business day in eligible major South African centers. 

3. How much does delivery cost?

  • Standard Delivery: R49
  • Next-Day Delivery: R99
  • FREE Standard Delivery on all orders of R1999 or more.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number (where available), allowing you to monitor your delivery through our trusted courier partner.

5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. Eligible returns and exchanges are accepted in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, fragrances must remain unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging to qualify, unless otherwise required by South African consumer legislation.

6. Are your fragrances authentic?

Absolutely. We only supply genuine fragrances sourced through reputable suppliers. All products are authentic and are not counterfeit, imitation, or replica goods.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through Payfast, allowing you to pay safely using a variety of trusted payment methods. All transactions are processed securely and comply with PCI-DSS security standards.
