Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your orders promptly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below:
 

1. Shipping Area
   1.1 We only ship within South Africa.
    

2. Shipping Provider
   2.1 We use Courier Guy, Aramex or other third party courier services to ship packages.
    

3. Delivery Time
   3.1 Orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days after receiving payment.
   3.2 Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
    

4. Delivery Issues
   4.1 If a order can not be processed within 30 days due to supplier logistical issues, an automatic refund will be issued. We are not responsible for any delays caused by any third-party couriers.
